Members log in at members.datingrepublic.com/login. This website is a guide and doesn't hold your account, so typing your details anywhere else won't work. Check the address bar before you enter your password.
Forgotten your password
Use the password reset option on the login page. Follow the steps it gives you, using the email address you signed up with. If no reset email arrives, check your spam or junk folder and make sure it's the same address you joined with.
Still stuck
Contact the help centre. Tell them the email address on the account, but never your password; nobody legitimate needs it.
Asked to verify your ID
Some accounts must complete an ID check before they can carry on, for example sign-ups through a VPN or accounts that have been flagged. The check uses a photo ID and a selfie, carried out by LEM Verify inside the members area. Only verify there: nobody from the site will ask you to send ID or your password by message. A charge you don't recognise
Dating Republic charges appear under the billing name shown at checkout, which may not say Dating Republic. If you don't think you made the purchase, contact the help centre first, then your bank. The prices page explains memberships and renewals.
Cancelling and deleting
- Stop paying: Settings > Billing. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel.
- Delete your account: open your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
