Account, billing and membership questions
Everything to do with your account goes through the Dating Republic help centre: payments, renewals, refunds, profile problems and log-in trouble. Charges appear under the billing name shown at checkout. If you're locked out, try log-in help first.
Reporting a profile
If a member asks you for money, harasses you or seems to be pretending to be someone else, report them from inside the members area or through the help centre. If you've lost money, also follow the steps on our safety page, which lists the official UK places to report fraud.
Errors on this website
Spotted a venue that's closed, a time that's changed or anything else wrong in our guides? Tell us through the same help centre and include the page address. We check every report against the venue's own website. Our editorial policy explains how.

Questions people ask
How do I contact Dating Republic about my account or a payment?
Use the members help centre at members.datingrepublic.com/help. It handles payments, renewals, refunds, profile problems and log-in trouble. Charges appear under the billing name shown at checkout, and you can stop a membership renewing yourself at any time in Settings > Billing, without needing to contact anyone.
How do I report a profile?
Report it from inside the members area, or through the help centre, especially if someone asks you for money, harasses you or seems to be pretending to be someone else. If you've lost money, contact your bank straight away and see our safety page for the official UK places to report fraud.
What if I'm in danger?
Call 999 straight away. The help centre isn't an emergency service and can't send help. For a crime that isn't an emergency, call the police on 101. Our safety page lists the UK services for reporting romance fraud and for getting free, confidential support afterwards.
